Delivery


    1. Due to the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), your delivery might be delayed or cannot access to some areas. Please check Covid-19 for affected areas as below.


      • For “Area1", the shipments would keep at their DC destination within 5 days. The 3PL would be calling and inform customer come to pick-up at DC. If the customer refuses or did not go to pick up shipment have to return to sender as normal process. PS: However, some sub district in this area may be delivery to the customer depends on "Provincial Governor announcement".
      • For “Area2”, the 3PL could be access, but there is delivery limitation. So, the delivery might be delayed around 2-3 day at least.
